ATARY founded in 2003 from Stelios Kourtis and George Vasilas. The retro sounds of 80's and the nostalgy for the romantic electric years brought us together and we started our music journey. The love for the analog sounds of synthesizers has a result this unique mix of electro - disco - house music. The unique section of the group is the live performance , as they are playing only with synthesizers and hardware sequencers without the assistance of laptops or music softwares. ATARY is performing a pure live audiovisual show which most of the times improvisation is receiving the energy from the feelings and the vibes of the people attending the show. Recently George decided to leave the group and try his own way.. So Stelios is the main person behind ATARY music. During the years many musicians friends worked with us and we're really glad for the cooperation. The music base of ATARY is Thessaloniki, Greece and during all these years performed several live shows in festivals and in famous music halls, also they travelled in many countries around Europe , like Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania. ATARY released various white label singles and also "People Say" track has been included in the music compilation of Kid Antrim Music from New York.
