The AT&T Corps Classic is a "home and home" American football college football series between the Texas A&M Aggies and the Army Black Knights. The series is meant to showcase the pageantry and military tradition of two of the United States' oldest universities.[citation needed]

The first game of the Corps Classic series was played on September 16, 2006 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The decision by Army to move its home game to San Antonio was part of an effort to build a national schedule to showcase the Army football team across the country. Before 2006, the two teams had met twice before, with the last meeting taking place in 1972. The next game will take place at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas on September 27, 2008. Texas A&M currently leads the all-time series, 2-1.

Coming into the first Corps Classic game, Texas A&M was 2-0 with victories over The Citadel (35-3) and Louisiana-Lafayette (51-7) while Army was 1-1, losing to Arkansas State (14-6) and defeating Kent State (17-14).
