- I've been in and around Wikipedia since 2003 (generally taking a passive role with the exception of a few minor, anonymous edits here and there).
- I'm an aspiring polymath, which I'm sure many Wikipedians can relate to.
- I live in Nanaimo, British Columbia. I've also lived in the Netherlands.
- I speak English and Dutch, and hope to 'master' German, French, and Spanish some day (or whichever languages that spark my interest).
- I study the Flute, and my favourite composers include Debussy, Albert Roussel, Mahler, Bartok, and Shostakovich, among many contemporary artists.
- I also like to listen to metal, prog rock, and jazz. I love Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Kate Bush, Moonspell, Steely Dan, Tristania, Pat Metheny Group, Joni Mitchell, Rasputina, Miranda Sex Garden, and the list could go on and on.
- I'm particularly interested in historical linguistics, geology, geography, astrophysics, nature photography, pre-Raphaelite, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, symbolism, epistemology, HTML, C++, feminism, and political science.
- INTP.
- My first fully developed Wikipedia entry! The British Columbian village of Zeballos =)
