The Assumption Cathedral (Thai: อาสนวิหารอัสสัมชัญ) is the principal Roman Catholic church of Thailand, located in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok. It is the main church of the Archdiocese of Bangkok. It was visited by Pope John Paul II during his trip to Thailand in 1984.

The cathedral was build in romanesque style between 1910 and 1918, when it replaced an earlier church on the same location dating back to 1822. The area had been used for missionary buildings since 1860. During World War II in 1942, nearby buildings were destroyed by bombing. The cathedral was severely damaged, and required extensive restoration shortly afterwards. Another round of improvements began during the 1980s and 1990s. Ordinary windows used in the reparation were gradually replaced with stained glass.
