[edit] History
AspireCMS was developed by AspireSoft LLC by a team of developers that have been delivering web based solutions for over 13 years and have been utilized by organizations like Olympus[1], Fedex[2], and Hologic[3]. Version 1.0 was created in 1999 as a simple template system utilizing a core php file to push content into pre-defined templates. Since that time the system has had three significant version releases to accommmodate the growing features[4] and requirements of modern enterprise web applications. AspireCMS was one of the first adopters of the SaaS model for web based content management systems.
The second annual AspireSoft User's Conference was held on January 7, 2008 in Boston MA,
