Hi, Asilwal, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate your attempts to contribute to the page on Alcoholism, we feel that your particular addition isn't up to wikipedian standards. We understand that binge drinking among teens in Napal is an important problem, your essay on it includes a lot of information that is already in the Alcoholism article. Also, Wikipedia standards forbid the posting of pieces that contain original research of the poster, or one side of any person's opinion. Furthermore, its multiple paragraphs don't really flow with the rest of our Social Effects section.
