The Asian Barbastelle or Eastern Barbastelle (Barbastella leucomelas) is a species of vesper bat in the Vespertilionidae family. It can be found in the following countries: Afghanistan, Egypt, Eritrea, India, Iran, Nepal, and Pakistan. It is found in these habitats: temperate forests and caves. It is threatened by habitat loss.
