After completing my management degree in India I started my career as a management trainee with one of the largest consumer electronic companies in the world. Subsequently, I received a number of promotions in the marketing division.

As a part of my job, I also attended various trade shows and exhibitions. The mid-nineties were the time when computer and related technologies began to appear in Asia.

During that time I attended many exhibitions and seminars, I realized that Information Technology would become part of day-to-day life and became interested in the digital world. Gradually, I started learning some fourth generation software language like Java and related J2EE technologies.

When I came to the United States , I completely shifted my focus to the software domain and enjoyed learning about programming languages and software tools.

I worked for a couple of months in the software industry as a team leader, and then decided to manage projects. For the last Seven years, I have been totally devoted to managing projects and have worked with numerous clients as a Project Manager, Release Manager and Program Manager.

Now a little about myself. I like sports, watching movies, trail walking and sometimes mountaineering.

Though psychology, philosophy and world religions were never part of my academics, I always like listening to other people's opinion on these subjects. And I also try to understand how people's perception influenced their future and surroundings.
