whoever wrote that he was born in 1151 probably meant 1511. My guess. 39 years would be a fair lifespan in the 1500s. of course it's better to find out for certain.
http://www.uchiyama.demon.nl/ngshoguns.htm lists his birthyear as 1511, and a more complete name: "Ashikaga Yoshiharu".
