[edit] If already in use, then what does it mean?
Some businesses with a local or regional reach, already adopted the use of the "ASEAN Common Time", and can be seen abbreviated as '"ACT"' in their Press Releases, communications, and legal documents. Then what do they mean by it, UTC+7 or UTC+8? -- Jao (talk) 15:08, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
