[edit] Crosstalk on project page
More than half of the crosstalk on the AFD page should have been posted here, not there. Talk pages associated with AFD project pages are meant to be used. — Athænara ✉ 00:54, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
- Why? AFD is a discussion, not a vote. So why move the discussion to another page? Garion96 (talk) 08:43, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] the apparent absence of verifiable information
I am somewhat disappointed in the closer's conclusion: the apparent absence of verifiable information", when without a doubt, the issue was a shortage of verifiable information, not an absence. Indeed, considerable verifiable information is in the public record, specifically the court record, and secondary news reports thereof. SaltyBoatr 16:27, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- "Of this person's life" he adds. And he's right - there was very little information about who Tiffany Adler is. CloudNine 16:32, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- The closer wrote 'absence...', not 'very little information'. There is a difference. Why do you continue to blur the truth? SaltyBoatr 16:53, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Ok then. Absence. The only information, apart from an incident she was involved in, was her age, and IIRC that wasn't referenced. Anyway, discussion will continue soon at WP:DRV; User:Qrc2006 is planning a review. CloudNine 16:58, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, I appreciate your directness. I also am confused about the continued concern of focus on the individual, when in fact the article was improved with the move to 'the incident', and new title to focus upon the event. In light of that fact, the BLP concerns appear all mitigated. Indeed, I am unaware of any specific BLP complaints that remain(ed). I notice that none of the 'supporters' nor do the closure make any reference to discrete or specific BLP issues. If BLP issues exist, what are they exactly? Until they are delineated, all I can do is guess. SaltyBoatr 17:14, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] New news report
Notability, consider this news report [1] of the arrest of Jullian Alder for an alleged hate crime, including mention of the alleged hate crime of his sister Tiffany Alder. SaltyBoatr 21:09, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
