As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. The article does not cite any independent sources, and via Google I only found the organization's homepage (which is of course not independent). But not all resources related to Nepal might be available online. Does someone know of any coverage of this organization in the press, in books, etc.? Otherwise, I think this article cannot be kept.
