[edit] Admin page blanking
I presume that the page blanking of this discussion made by the admin was done because User:Goddess Rosemary requested it. Yet I believe that to have been a completely illegitimate decision. Even presuming that User:Goddess Rosemary is, indeed, Rosemary Delain (I don't think, for example, that anyone would take the assertions of a "User:GeorgeBush" at his naked word), there is nothing in Wikipedia policy conveying ownership of her article, let alone any discussions about the same, to her ... certainly the whole AfD debate would have been moot were that the case! - I suggest you take this to deletion reveiw. This seems to be a legit move but I could be wrong. The closing editor was assuming good faith on her part and the policy consensus was delete anyway. I'm not really seeing the problem as the proper end result was reached, the history of the debate is still avaiable and the article creators are at least contented. - I did a courtesy blanking because User:Goddess Rosemary is the creator of the article. The person seems to be troubled over the allegations of advertising, so I assumed good faith and made a courtesy blanking (which was attempted earlier, but was reverted because the debate wasn't closed). utcursch | talk 13:38, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

- I went ahead and put this back to the courtesy blanked version. I agree with utcursch an neofreak; we can accommodate this simple request. Everything is in the history and I just don't see a reason to poke the subject in the eye with a pointy stick after what was apparently a somewhat difficult AfD process for them to go through.--Isotope23 15:11, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
