how much time do we have to edit this article and make improvements before it is deleted again? also if there is an admin out there who is willing to help show me what is viewed as advertising so i can remove and improve please help. Also the references look good to me, please point out why they are said to be not good

looking forward to fixing this article. Hope there is one admin at wiki who can help.
