[edit] Change to {{afc maybe}}

I change afc maybe to properly alphabetize itself in Category:Wikipedia article creation requests needing further review by adding {{SUBPAGENAME}}. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 04:23, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Splitting off {{afc nn}}

Currently, we have templates to decline submissions for NN people, businesses and Web sites, but nothing for general notability concerns that don't fit into the above categories.

Currently, {{afc nn}} mirrors {{afc bio}}, which doesn't seem intuitive to me. I'm going to change the template to read:

Declined. This suggestion doesn't sufficiently explain the importance or significance of the subject. See the speedy deletion criteria (A7) and/or guidelines on notability. Please provide more information on why the subject is worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. Thank you.

Let me know if there are any concerns or complaints. Caknuck 19:25, 20 August 2007 (UTC)

Note - currently it is the same template, as {{afc bio}} redirects to {{afc nn}}. KTC 01:39, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
I'll second the suggestion. KTC 01:39, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
Y Done {{afc nn}} now uses the text above, while {{afc bio}} uses the older text with the referral to WP:CSD#A7. Caknuck 23:11, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
