No evidence that this is a real soup has ever been forthcoming: cookbooks which allegedly mention this soup have not been named, Google results for the Pinyin "Wei Xi Fan" or the (apparent) Chinese characters has been entirely fruitless, and the article itself makes little mention of notability. nneonneo (talk) 02:36, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
