This article is apparently about a race in someone's mod for Starcraft. As such, it seems like something that belongs in the readme file for that mod, not in Wikipedia. As the article itself notes, it is definitely not part of the Starcraft canon, but instead it's just fanfiction. Fanfiction belongs on a different site, not on Wikipedia.
