[edit] Saimeks
Delete. Vanity, self-promotion, advertising. Article does not assert notability; in fact it asserts non-notability. 11 unique Googles for "saimeks", 246 for "paul westermeyer" (none of which seem to be relevant) and the referenced "humor" site, thefire.tk, is simply a advertising page with a redirect to a collection of links to "humorous" screeds hosted on Geocities.
