When I came across it while cleaning up the list of articles under construction, I went, "Huh?" Right now, it's utterly incomprehensible, and even if rewritten, I can't see how this is going to be encyclopedic or sufficiently notable. Delete. --Nlu (talk) 07:05, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
