- I'm not finding much that supports the independent notability of the organization: just passing mentions of it as part of the plot machinery. Merge very selectively to Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha as a plausible search term on an element of the story (and that section needs expansion). —Quasirandom (talk) 14:33, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
