[edit] Prabhakar Manikonda
Non-notable software developer. Article pretty much a resume/ad, no independent reliable sources supporting the claim for notability. WP:COI issue also. Delete Rockpocket 09:27, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Speedy delete some random tech guy's (rather sparse) resume. The thing he claims to have invented, the "Multilingui Engine" (whatever that is) gets no Google hits at all. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 11:44, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Why speedy delete? A.Z. 20:07, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per above. /Blaxthos 13:16, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete
(pending confirmation) Mr. Manikonda's name does get 308 Google hits, but they appear to be for "self-published" (if that is the correct word) articles on Windows Applications on the Net. Perhaps someone with some knowledge in the field could just confirm that view, so that we are sure about this. Thanks Bielle 18:35, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Rockpocket has confirmed on his discussion page that the articles listed by Google are blog (or blog-like), and "self-published" sites. I confirm my "Delete" conclusion. Bielle 19:46, 2 September 2007 (UTC) - Delete, should have been a speedy.-h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 20:43, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

- On what basis? The article says he is a "famous software developer",a well-known researcher in Algorithms and Cryptography" and a "President & CEO" in addition to claims he is an inventor. WP:SPEEDY explicitly states: Articles that have obviously non-notable subjects are still not eligible for speedy deletion unless the article "does not assert the importance or significance of its subject". If the article gives a claim that might be construed as making the subject notable, it should be taken to a wider forum.' Rockpocket 21:09, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete There is nothing to substantiate the claimed fame, which one might have expected to generate media coverage. Not, as pointed out, suitable for speedy, however. Tyrenius 03:33, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per above, - Seems notability is exaggerated. Modernist 04:00, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
