The result was Speedy delete per CSD G12, since in my understanding the mentioned injunction does not apply to successive copy-right violations nor do we merge in such a case. Tikiwont (talk) 12:40, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

No, you can still nominate articles for deletion. The article just can't be deleted or redirected while the case is open. A discussion can still take place. --Pixelface (talk) 01:02, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Comment yeah, this article looks like a copy-paste from Memory Alpha[1] The article at Memory Alpha hasn't been edited since January 26, 2008, and this Wikipedia article was created February 17, 2008. Apart from the infobox, the only text in this article that does not exactly appear at Memory Alpha is "a fictional character in Star Trek." --Pixelface (talk) 02:21, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

For the record, my understanding of the ArbCom injunction was that it was supposed to stop the kind of revert warring that had been taking place, not to prevent the Wikipedia community from discussing these issues on appropriate forums. *** Crotalus *** 04:46, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

    • Read the notice at the top again. You do not have to !vote Keep "as per the injunction" It just means that the AfD isn't going to be closed until after the ArbCom case, and it will be perpetually relisted until the ArbCom case closes. -- RoninBK T C 10:57, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
