From the development's own website, it isn't going to be an incorporated town, and is instead part of Ponte Vedra, [1]. Doesn't pass WP:NOTE therefore, plus the article reads like an ad. Merry Christmas from Sasha 05:28, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
