The result of the debate was delete and redirect. Sidious1701 can substantially rewrite/improve his translation and merge it with the right article without this copyvio. Johnleemk | Talk 09:24, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

- Portuguese. The article is about a town in Brazil. We already have an article about Itajubá. The two may be merged after translation. Zfr 18:49, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

- Nominator abstains. User:Sidious1701 claims to have translated the article, if so this translation should be added into the article, and mentioned below.... Segv11 (talk/contribs) 20:56, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- Redirect to Itajubá mentioned in the discussion above. The translated parts from User:Sidious1701 can be merged with that one. - Bobet 21:21, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- Comment, since it isn't apparent from my comment: delete first, then redirect because of the copyright issue. - Bobet 22:38, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, at least partial copyvio. Kappa 21:48, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- If it is a copyvio, then send it to the copyvio team. However, a translation of it would not be a copyvio. My vote is to Merge and redirect per Bobet. Stifle 13:52, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, I didn't know that if it was translated into English it wouldn't be copyrighted. So what you'll want me to do is to put my translation on this page?Sidious1701 22:03, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
- Comment, translation alone doesn't change the copyright status of a text. Longer reply is on your talk page. - Bobet 00:26, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
- Okay. I guess I was right in the first place. So you want me to put my translation on this page? and you'll can fix it up?Sidious1701 12:14, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
