- Speedy delete as {{nn-bio}} per CSD A7. The author comments on the talk page that "i am creating a page on someone who lives in my area, this is an on going project which will be done little by little". This might prevent a G1 speedy... but in this case (A7) it doesn't matter that the article isn't finished. If the subject (someone who lives in his neighbourhood) isn't notable, he isn't notable...
