  • Keep. The stub is weak, but the topic itself might be notable as a valid example of local cuisine. This is notable for the same reason that Cincinnati chili, the Hot Brown, the East End Hoagie, and the St. Paul sandwich are notable, but for the fact that Troy is a smaller city than most of the associated cities. The question is how notable is the haymaker to Trojans? Is it the stuff of legend? When and how often is it actually consumed? How widespread is the sandwich, or the legend?   • Delete I did some searching and came up completely blank. No one within Google's broad reach has anything to say on this subject, and I suspect it is non-notable even in Troy. I'm willing to change to a weak keep, per Bruxism's logic (above), if anyone can find some reason to think this sandwich is really notable in at least that one location.
