Lacks real world notability, cannot be cited to meet WP:FICT, solely a plot summary from which no real world context can emerge Pilotbob 05:52, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

- Neutral I'm finding stuff like this and this which makes me a little uncomfortable. Fee Fi Foe Fum 07:59, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Sources are out there, if one bothers looking for them. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] A Google Books search gives 199 results (Many are the Discworld novels, a substantial number are not). Poor quality is no reason to delete an article. The character is notable and the article can be improved upon. faithless (speak) 08:34, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Strong keep. This character is prominent in the long-running Discworld series of novels, graphic novels, comics, cartoons, games, and other related media. Her history is too complicated to put anywhere else. Discworld is too complicated with a whole world full of characters with detailed histories to cut the article on one of the three busiest in the whole series, arguably more frequently visible than Death or Vimes, Doczilla 09:46, 8 November 2007 (UTC)]
- Keep This a character that appears many times in the Discworld series many times as a main character (as opposed to Death who while appers in nearly, if not all, of the books mostly just has cameos). Probably one of the three most notable characters in a very popular series.Alberon 10:09, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Keep but cleanup, an encyclopedic article is possible. Hiding Talk 10:55, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
SpeedyStrong Keep per faithless & Doczilla --AliceJMarkham 12:34, 8 November 2007 (UTC)- Keep. One of the major characters of the Discworld series, appearing in many different books. Needs referencing, but definitely notable. Pinball22 14:39, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Keep, although recent precedent here seems to be leaning toward deleting famous characters that don't have reliable third-party sources. The links provided above merely mention the character as an example of Pratchett's characters and don't discuss the character herself. Powers T 15:02, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Strong keep, main character of several bestselling books, second party sources are more than likely to show up if you look for them. 96T 15:58, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
