- Strong Keep:Only other shopping mall in Green Bay besides Bay Park Square since Washington Commons' closing last year. East Town is set to be remodeling next year. This mall is also unique to Wisconsin for looking like a strip mall on the outside. This mall is NOT failing. I went inside today. It may not be notable, but it IS unique to this area. The area in which it is located is expanding so it may too be expanding in the years to come. - It is a climate controlled indoor shopping mall/outdoor strip mall hybrid. Removing this article is just as pointless as removing the article about the Valley Fair Shopping Center in neighboring Appleton. If you make articles on all Green Bay neighborhoods (Lombardi, Preble, Navarino, etc.), please merge this article into one of them.
