Incomplete nomination for a page which was speedy deleted back in May 06. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BSS Prefects. Not notable group of school prefects, and no notability asserted. I cannot see prevous version to know if this is the same version deleted (ie don't know if speedy applies). Propose that the page be deleted and protected from re-creation.
