tagged as possibly lacking notability for just under a month, nothing available in terms of independant verification or attention from reputable sources. seems like a web-based organisation, in which case fails WP:WEB (or WP:ORG if it is otherwise). in any case, nothing to suggest the organisation is even remotely notable. hence, Delete.
