The Alphabet Murders is an unsolved serial murder case that lasted from 1971-1973 in witch three young girls from rochester newyork were found raped and then strangled. The Case was dubbed "The Alphabet Murders" due to the fact the victims first and last inital was the same as the inital of the town there bodies were discovered in.

Carmen Colon, 10, disappeared November 16, 1971 and her body was found in Churchville two days later

Wanda Walkowicz, 11, disappeared April 2, 1973 and her body was found in Webster a day later

Michelle Maenza, 11, was reported missing Nov. 26, 1973, and her body was found in Macedon two days later

Scott Murray (born 3 March 1988 in Glasgow, Scotland) is a footballer, currently playing in goal for Dundee in the Scottish First Division.

He made his First team debut against Airdrie United F.C. in the Scottish Challenge Cup due to injuries to Kelvin Jack and Derek Soutar . The game went to a Penalty Shootout. He saved two penalty's to win the game. He was also part of the Kilmarnock F.C. youth side that won the Scottish Youth Cup.

Adrian Geiges (b. September 3, 1960, in Basel, Switzerland) is a German writer and journalist.

Adrian Geiges is a former professional revolutionary from the Black Forest in southern Germany who over time turned into the CEO of the Chinese subsidary of the German publishing giant Bertelsmann. He writes in his autobiography “How the World Revolution Once Accidentally Started in the Black Forest“ how he transformed from a West German communist to a capitalist, ironically in the People’s Republic of China. Among other episodes he describes his yearlong training at a secret cadre school in former communist East Germany, and his adventures during the coup attempt against former soviet leader Gorbachev in Moscow in 1991. In his autobiography he writes about his moral conflicts which were typical of the many in his generation who started as extreme leftists and evolved at breakneck speed into aggressive capitalists. These developments in Geiges’ political and work commitments led to far reaching changes in his personal life, including in his love and sex life.

Since the summer 2004 Adrian Geiges has been the Beijing Correspondent of the leading German weekly newsmagazine „stern“. Before that he founded the Chinese enterprise of G+J, the Bertelsmann corporation’s magazine division. In the 1990s he had worked as a television reporter for Spiegel TV and RTL in Moscow and New York. He has studied Chinese and Russian.

Thimblettes are soft thimbles, made predominately of rubber, used for primarily for leafing through or counting documents, bank notes, tickets or forms. They also protect against papercuts as a secondary function. Unlike thimbles, the softer thimblettes become worn over time. They considered disposable and sold in boxes. RJ Tungol (born on January 2, 1990 in Virginia Beach, Virginia) is a contemporary artist/graphic designer/illustrator. Being only 17, he is a young entrepreneur. In 2005 he founded a local Virginian clothing line. He and his friend have established a movement with the clothing line known to be ci7y clothing, name created from 7 cities also known as the seven major cities of Virginia. The line was made accidentally, Tungol, on boredom, made a few designs and thought they would look nice on t-shirts so he ironed them on and when he wore a few in school, each student wanted to get their hands on one. As more and more demand on the tees came, RJ made his tees look more professionally done. His tees now, are professionally made in California. He has made an impact on his local community by showing propaganda through the designs which has made heads turn as they happen to see one. Now most of his profits go to foundations. Tungol recently made shirts for a cancer relay in his hometown.

His well known design "the bandito" has made a little spark through t.v. and famous hip hop artist, including, recently on BET, Nickelus F.

This is the 2nd Album from Irish supergroup Hothouse Flowers. This Album went to No2 in the British Chart + spent 6 weeks at the top of the Australian chart where the band had built up a considerable following after extensive touring there. It spawned 2 Top 40 singles in the British charts including most notibly the cover of the Johnny Nash classic "I can see clearly now".

The Byzantine Studies Conference (BSC) is the annual meeting of the Byzantine Studies Association of North America (BSANA). Josep Artigas i Ojeda (Barcelona, 1919-1992). One of the most important publicists of Spain after the Spanish civil war, was member of honour at the ADG-FAD “Art Directors and Graphic Designers Association FAD (Decorative Arts Promoters of Spain)”.

He did his learning at “Escuela de Bellas Artes de La Lonja” in Barcelona and also at "Círculo Artístico de Sant Lluc".

Before the Spanish civil war he started working in a small graphic arts company where he designed his two first publicity posters. During the war he designed some local paper banc currencies. As he described them as,..." war banknotes ",...

After the war he worked at the publicity department of the chemical company Cruz Verde, where he end up running the department, and where in 1948 made the famous poster of the POLIL[2] brand, an animated jacket that looks himself, astonished learning that a huge and fatal hole made by moth was produced in his back.

Later on, in 1950, Artigas presented another publicity poster, that today has occupied a place of honour in the Spanish publicity: the lamb of the NORIT[3] brand.

In 1954 designed poster for the hand cloth washing soap DUXÓN by Persil.[4].

In 1961 Nestlé made their 1st Publicity Posters Competition for his “La Lechera” brand in Spain, with the goal to “increase the image of the external publicity of the company and offer to all publicity posters designers the opportunity to demonstrate new tendencies and their talents”. From the huge list of participants not only those who won must be mentioned but also those who obtained accésits y honorific mentioning such as Josep Artigas Ojeda.

From 1955 to 1965 he lived in Switzerland, where he opened his own studio, working for Swiss-German and Swiss-French enterprises. At that time, important projects were made for NESTLÉ, SWISSAIR, PHILIP MORRIS, for the Alpine Resort LEYSIN, for the Italian Tourism Department and also for the JAFFA oranges (Israel).

He returned to Spain and became publicity director of PUJOL & TARRAGÓ (logotype that he created in 1950), today FICOSA International. In the Spanish group FICOSA International [5], he designed the corporative image of the group, as well as the logotypes of companies such as Cables Gandía, FicoMirrors[6], etc.

His last Project and paints he created, he exposed in Barcelona in 1991, with the title "El Abecedario Artístico" (Artistic ABC),... where he presented a new technique of great colour impact Developer from a shake made of water and papier máché and different types of pigment or paint. To such water and paper shake, a little bit of latex blue was applied getting a very consistent, grained and viscous pasta very easy to work with.

A enthusiast mountaineer, he was member of the Club Excursionista de Barcelona (Barcelona Hike Club) and he participated in the fraternity "Grup Cavall Bernat" of Montserrat.

He illustrated several books from Agustín Faus Costa such as, "Diccionario de la Montaña" – Mountain Dictionary-- (1963). Also he worked with Ernesto Mallafré illustrating his book "Escalada" (Barcelona 1948 and 1954) and the book "Primera ayuda en accidentes de montaña y esquí" (Barcelona 1952) --- First Aid in Mountain and Skiing accidents --- from the Doctors Miguel Gras, Eduardo Padrós and Jorge Perelló.

Not only he was a great climber, skier, publicist and mountain books illustrator, Josep Artigas Ojeda invented a curious device with a rhombus shape; a crosspiece actuating as a climbing rope dynamic break, worked as an auto-blocking system during the climbing process. Equipped with such ingenious gadget, Artigas made alone the top of the 7 meters high of El Rave (also known as Baldufa or Spinning-Top) of Montserrat (Barcelona). [7]

Luke Langdon was born Novemebr 1st 1985. In Michigan where he was then was raised and now resides to this day. At the ripe age of 21 he was married to a beautiful bride Tiffany Boehm, Now Tiffany Langdon. They have a young son named Conner Micheal Langdon and plan on having more in the near future. He is an outgoing, kind and honest man who helps preserve mankind in all ways possible. His latest expidition included a hike to the Rocky Mountains where he spent 3 days a top a peak. Golf outings is another one of his interests. For instance he is playing a golf outing to fund Muscular Dystrophy, a hereditary degenerative disease of skeletal (voluntary) muscles, The disorder typically is recognized from approximately age three to six years and has a relatively rapid, progressive disease course.

Monobenzone is the monobenzyl ether of hydroquinone. Monobenzone occurs as a white, almost tasteless crystalline powder, soluble in alcohol and practically insoluble in water. Chemically, monobenzone is designated as p-(benzyloxy) phenol; the empirical formula is C13H12O2; molecular weight 200.24.

The topical application of monobenzone in animals increases the excretion of melanin from the melanocytes. The same action is thought to be responsible for the depigmenting effect of the drug in humans. Monobenzone may cause destruction of melanocytes and permanent depigmentation.

The histology of the skin after depigmentation with topical monobenzone is the same as that seen in vitiligo; the epidermis is normal except for the absence of identifiable melanocytes. Therefore, monobenzone is used as a topical medicine to permanently depigment normal skin surrounding vitiliginous lesions only in patients with disseminated (greater than 50 percent of body surface area) idiopathic vitiligo.

Proyecto Hospi is a social group that gives back to society by going every week to hospitals and giving coffee and food to sibling, nurses, doctors and the sick. Not only they give food and drinks but they also give words of courage to the needed. Proyecto Hospi started in Febraury of 2007, founded by four young men: Daniel Montaño, Gabriel Villanueva, Rafael Padilla and Carlos Rodriguez. The group has grown since then to be well known in the city of Chihuahua. The number of young men that wish to join is growing and growing. The group is conformed by 50 members.

Sombrero Fallout, A Japanese Novel is a book by Richard Brautigan. It is composed similarly to his other novels where the chapters are short and poetic.

The book opens with a sombrero falling out of the sky and landing in the middle of a street. This story, written by the novel's protagonist, develops simultaneously in his trash can. A small argument between the mayor, his cousin, and an unemployed man quickly turns into a chaotic melee that incites mass riot and killing between the people and government authorites. The book goes back and forth between this story and one about an author that falls in love with a Japanese woman. He fantasizes about her and her dreaming hair, and imagines talking to her on the phone with hope of reconciliation after she leaves him. The unique personality of the hero, no name given, is exposed for the reader to understand why he won't eat tuna sandwiches and how important a single hair can be. The novel ends as Brautigan's other work does.

Irra Verbitsky (March 15, 1939) an american artist and cartoonist, best known for her work on the long running children's program, Sesame Street; including Fruita Mansana, Twelvia, Moving Day, Cousin Canny, Frankenstein, and Cooperation.

Verbitsky as a child has lost her brother and her home in the Ukraine during World War II at 3 years old in 1942, the filmmaker uses animation, photos, and paintings to give us a look into her long-gone past.

Verbitsky had began her career at the Animation block party is an annual animation film festival in New York City, usually held in the early 1960s in the month of July.

Verbitsky has created other independant films in Turtle Soup, Maze Doodle, Woman, and Pesca/Pisca.

Verbitsky art work was also featured on MTV Downtown, Sesame Street, Square One; 3, 2, 1, Contact!, The Last Unicorn, Violence in America, Owen, Goodnight Gorilla, Nick Jr., The Island Of The Skog.

Verbitsky has also worked on such Children's Films for Scholastic; including Owen - narrated by Sarah Jessica Parker, also helped animated Chicken Little, narrated by Helen Hunt and Hank Azaria, and Good Night Gorilla. Irra also provided the design work on the opening title sequence of the Rankin/Bass feature film, The Last Unicorn

Her film are winners of the Carnegie Medal, also the Silver Telly Award for The Island Of The Skog, winner of The Gold Award at Houseton International Animation Festival.

Benetice is a small village near the town Světlá nad Sázavou.

There was a glass factory in Beneticích. It does not exist anymore, but some local names of places are derived from the parts of the glass factory as name Na sušírnách or Sklárenský rybník (the name of a pond). There is recreation camp in Benetice. It was used as pioneer camp (pioneers were people organized in one group in Czech republic) and it was used for young people from Hungary, Poland and Germany.

A linden-tree grows on village green of Benetice. It was planted in 1945.

The castle Lipnice can be seen from Benetice.

She was an editorial writer for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Her first husband was the late Burton Gray, son of Gordon Gray and brother of C. Boyden Gray. She is currently engaged to D.C. Goro Nickel is a nickel and cobalt ore mining and production company located in the south of New Caledonia. Its majority shareholder, CVRD–Inco Limited, is also its technology partner.

The progressive start-up of the mining and industrial complex currently under construction will commence in 2009. To process the ore, the project will be using leading-edge technology developed by Inco: this fourth-generation hydrometallurgical process will provide a cost-effective means of processing laterite with a low nickel content, thereby ensuring low-cost production and reducing the plant's impact on the environment. The Goro plateau nickel and cobalt deposit is one of the largest in the world.
