  • It does not detract from the copyright to use this image on Wikipedia.
  • It is of low resolution.
  • It does not harm the copyright holder in any way to use this on Wikipedia.
  • It helps define the significance of the subject, as it shows what he looks like in a Tigers' uniform, the team he is most associated with.
  • A free image cannot be obtained, as the subject is deceased and was born after 1923.
