Arturo Lezama was a Uruguayan political figure.

Lezama was a prominent member of the Uruguayan Colorado Party which ruled the country for lengthy periods. In 1957 his fellow-Colorado colleague President Alberto Fermín Zubiría stepped down from office.

In 1957 Lezama was elected President of Uruguay, serving until 1958. He was succeeded by Carlos Fischer, also of the Colorado Party.
