Arthur William "Skinny" Graham (born August 12, 1909 in Somerville, Massachusetts, died July 10, 1967) was an outfielder for the Boston Red Sox. He played for the Red Sox in 1934 and 1935. His career as a major leaguer was ended by an injury to his left elbow caused by a collision at home plate[citation needed].
