Arthur Penrose Seymour

Arthur Penrose Seymour (1832 – 1923) was a 19th century New Zealand politician.
He was the Superintendent of Marlborough Province twice, in 1864 and from 1870.
He represented the Marlborough electorate of Wairau from 1872 to 1875 when he resigned, and from 1879 to 1881, when he was defeated.
He was also a member of the New Zealand Legislative Council
