Arthur Leycester Scott Coltman

Sir Arthur Leycester Scott Coltman (born May 24, 1938), published as Leycester Coltman, was the British ambassador to Cuba from 1991 to 1994 [1]. He had a close relationship with Fidel Castro and wrote "The Real Fidel Castro" about his experiences [2].
