Arthur Holden

Arthur Holden is a Canadian voice actor, born in Montreal. He is best known for playing the "head office guy" in Fries with That? and voicing Mr. Ratburn in Arthur. He also voices Baba-Miao in Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat, and Josh in Mr. Meaty and Mr.Larkin from What's with Andy?.
He also appears in movies such as The Bone Collector, The Sum of All Fears, and The Aviator. He also voiced the characters of David Miller in the 2005 computer game Still Life and Sibrand in the 2007 game Assassin's Creed.
