Arthur Desmond was a individualist anarchist[citation needed] born circa 1859 in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. He died sometime after 1914 and possibly into 1920s. Little is known for certain about his life. He is also thought to have written Might is Right under the pseudonym Ragnar Redbeard.[1][2]
