Art Yard (アートヤード Āto Yādo?) is an independent quarterly free magazine distributed in Japan. All articles are in Japanese, and the magazine features interviews with artists, musicians, and directors. Well known interviewees in the past have been Coldcut, Spank Rock, The Posies, Japanese director Sion Sono (Suicide Circle), DJ Kentaro, Little Creatures, and others.
10,000 copies are distributed every January, April, July, and October in Disk Unions, HMVs, galleries, art schools, and cafes across the Tokyo metropolitan and Kansai area.
