[edit] Profile

ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc., NASDAQ: ARTG) makes software and delivers e-commerce and Web marketing solutions that many global brands use to power their e-commerce Web sites. The company was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

ATG was cofounded by Jeet Singh and Joseph Chung, both graduates of MIT.[1]

In October, 2006, the company acquired eStara [1], a provider of click to call, chat and call tracking solutions for enhancing online sales and customer support for $48.3M[4]. eStara operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATG.
