Arsen Avetisyan (Armenian: Արսեն Ավետիսյան, born on October 8, 1973 in Yerevan, Soviet Union) is an Armenian football player. He currently plays for FC Gandzasar Kapan and is a former player of the Armenia national football team.

The veteran player has played for numerous clubs during his career. In 2006, he returned to Armenia to play for his former club Pyunik and has been the main forward for the team.

Having debuted for Armenia in 1992, he represeneted his country 23 times and has scored 1 goal. He has stopped playing for the national team since 1998.
