ARPA - Aerolíneas Paraguayas was an airline based in Asunción, Paraguay. It operated scheduled domestic services. Its main base was Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, Asunción[1].

The airline started operations on 14 May 1994 and was wholly owned by TAM Linhas Aéreas of Brazil[1]. ARPA was merged in 1996 with then newly-created TAM Mercosur.

ARPA operated daily services from Asunción to Ciudad del Este (now as TAM Mercosur) and Pedro Juan Caballero (ceased)[1].
