[edit] Dead Links

Both of the Reference Links on the main page are dead. Dr. Chatterjee seems to have moved on to new pastures.

The book is listed as unavailable at Amazon, except for used copies. --Cdavis999 (talk) 21:47, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
