[edit] Notability
Why is an amateur child singer notable enough to be included in English Wikipedia? Alexf(t/c) 12:09, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
- Well, first of all he is related to both famous music directors/singers Daboo Malik and Anu Malik which doesn't exactly make him 'amateur'.
- 2) If articles for American Juniors members exist (who were approximetely in the same age range at the time) then why not Armaan Malik?
- 3) Being the 8th best voted child singer in the whole of India out of a population of approx. 307,162 + children [1]who could have auditioned (between the age of 0-14) is quite amazing and therefore Armaan should be notable enough to have an article on Wikipedia.
