You are right. They were for a different technique, also called a anaconda choke. I took out the two links and replaced them with a link to videos of the actual technique described. --Mma10 06:09, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

In the law enforcement arena this is known as the "shoulder pin restraint". Many law enforcemnt agencies shy away from anything dealing with the word "choke". (PPCT)
