While the title of this image suggests these are Armenian aircraft, this is uncertain. The MiG-23 or MiG-27 jets shown are not confirmed to ever have been in service with the Armenian Air Force, and there is no way to determine their ownership from this photo. Since the uploader has been banned as an abusive sockpuppet, it is impractical to verify this information and it should be used with caution. Askari Mark (Talk) 15:20, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

Even though this photo was clearly shot during the Armenian Independence Day air display over Yerevan, I agree with Askari Mark's assertion that these aircraft are probably part of the Russian AF. However, exercising due diligence and caution, I suggest we keep the description intact until their origin can be verified, in which case we can modify the description to state the detailed origin/affiliation of the aircraft.HyeProfile (talk) 18:22, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
