I am not certain of which license this falls under, it will most likely be public domain or fair use. This is the town seal of Arlington, MA, taken from the town website arlingtonma.gov . The Fair use rational for it is, it is the town seal no other object can describe the town seal as well as the town seal can. The town seal is part of the Settlement Infobox so I assume having it is desirable. I am not up to date on the rules regarding the copyright status of us town flags,seals and the like but I recall hearing somewhere that they are public domain, if this is true please mark as public domain, otherwise I calling fair use when used on the Arlington, MA page.
