David Barreda (born May 28, 1990 in Tampico, Mexico) is an PHP programmer who focus his work with Otserv where currently is very known for works like ArkAAC, ArkCMS, Otserv Help Files and eOtserv

David Barreda born in Tampico, Tamulipas on May 2, 1990.
He start to study HTML and scripting around the year 1996 when he got his first computer, his main job was in Red-Latina founding the #Scripting channel (Later deleted and founded by other guy in this times), giving away his codes modifications for OpTalk and SDFind services for the well known MP3 Channel, #mp3+ where he was operator and later a great helper with his services at #CService with the nickname of HoOt_HoOt (a while ago).
After some years with the same stuff, he moved from Tampico and he leave the whole internet for about 2 years, in that time he developed some sites (some of them never where uploaded or even tested sucefully), His "more known site" of that times where PumpNet (now offline) a very good resource to get Pump It Up files for PC.
In the year 2001 he discover Otserv, a server for his favorite MMORPG (Tibia) what he start to play at the ends of 1997, Since that time he started to browse the World of Tibia forums and later moved to Otcommunity for a while, later it goes down and he raised with Arkold Thos nickname at Otfans.net where he right now is a senior moderator and is well known for his job there

Some of his projects where very known, other are just crazy inventions of Arkold Thos what never no one will known about that
=Pumpnets This site maybe still available somewhere in geocities service, but probably it was deleted a while ago.
=ArkOTS Is rumoured it is just vaporware since the year 2004 cause he announced it and never get released, but maybe is other private application like the ArkCMS, but this one never was showed anywhere
=eOtserv The Otserv Mexicans developers where the main stars at this very well distribution, what has been coded by Arkold Thos, BurnMc, and some other ones with the contribution of Atolon (UA), this one was released the day 24 of December of 2005 at the midnight
=ArkCMS This CMS was "full-featured" according with some comments of David Barreda at the middle of the 2006, it was integrated with the J-Forum, and had News system, User system, and some other features, but it wasn't full featured, just had some interesting features, but the code was very messy at the release of ArkCMS 1.0 what was released at 0.2 in otservhispano.com forums for just some minutes, the full version was finished just 2 months after but is closed source too(Currently, there is a version of ArkCMS 3.0 LE but is totally closed source, this was running for a while of time in his personal server but was removed after 2 months running it, his comments about this version where: "Sux, Light version sux! To bad i lose the full one...") no-one knows about the ArkCMS 2.0 but he said "Was a mess"
There are more projects but I can't remember about them, maybe later i add them, maybe not.
