Ark Mage 2 is the Assumed Name of Arther Billy Juliani Jr. (1992-present). He is a genius computer programer renowned school-wide at Randolph Middle School and North East Middle School. He has a best friend who is an animator named Jacob Nels Martinson (1992-present).
