Highway 102 is an east-west highway in Benton County, Arkansas. Its eastern terminus is in Bentonville, Arkansas at an intersection with Interstate 540 and U.S. Route 71. Its western terminus is at an intersection with Highway 43 southeast of Maysville. Towns along this route include Bentonville, Centerton and Decatur.
Another section of Highway 102 begins at U.S. 71 Business in Rogers, Arkansas and continues east ½ mile to the Arkansas and Missouri Railroad before becoming West Olrich St.

Highway 102 Business is a short north-south spur of Highway 102 in northwest Arkansas. Running a distance of approx 2 miles, its southern terminus is at AR 102 in Centerton with its northern terminus at Highway 72 southeast of Hiwasse. Business 102 is also part of the original 1926 alignment of U.S. Highway 71.
